With our extensive international experience, we understand the complexities of the global financial market and are well-positioned to support you in finding the right financing solution. To achieve this, it is important to outline our interpretation of the commercial financial services you require from us and the associated costs we charge:

1. The Services
 

You have requested us to seek business financing on your behalf. The service consists of:
 

• Receiving and reviewing financial information from you

• Shortlisting relevant lenders from our panel

• Preparing and submitting a financing proposal to each lender

• Negotiating with each lender to secure the best offer

• Reviewing and presenting a list of offers to you

• Assisting with the execution of the chosen financing

2. Costs
 

In line with standard professional practice, our fees are based on the level of responsibility, required expertise, and time necessary to complete the work.
 

Onboarding Fee: We charge an upfront onboarding fee of £0.

Success Fee: We charge a fee of 2% of the total financing amount successfully obtained.

In some cases, we may receive a fee from the lender. This amount varies and is not always applicable. This fee is separate from the above-mentioned percentage we charge.

3. Promotional Waivers
 

We may, at our sole discretion, waive or reduce certain fees as part of promotional offers, loyalty programs, or other special arrangements. Such waivers or reductions will be communicated to you in writing and will apply only to the specific terms outlined in the promotional or special arrangement.

4. Exclusivity
 

Upon signing this document, an exclusivity period of 14 days will be granted, during which Funds At Once will be the sole representative of your business for seeking financing. During this period:

No other intermediaries will be engaged to seek financing.

No direct applications will be made without our involvement.

5. Legal Compliance
 

This agreement and all associated services provided by Funds At Once will be conducted in full compliance with applicable laws and regulations, including, but not limited to, anti-money laundering (AML) and anti-bribery laws. All financial information provided by you must be accurate and complete to the best of your knowledge.

By engaging Funds At Once, you acknowledge and agree to these terms and conditions.
